Frequently Asked Questions

Is this postcard the right size for EDDM?
This design is 12 x 9 inches. USPS Every Door Direct Mail accepts flat-size pieces that are larger than 10.5 inches long, or 6.125 inches high, or 0.25 inches thick, and no larger than 15 x 12 inches. At 12 x 9 inches, this postcard meets that size requirement. Common EDDM sizes include 6.25 x 9, 6.5 x 9, 6 x 11 and 8.5 x 11 inches.
Do I need a mailing list to send this with EDDM?
No mailing list is needed. With Every Door Direct Mail you pick USPS carrier routes on a map, and every address on those routes receives your postcard - no names or addresses to print. EDDM Retail lets you mail up to 5,000 pieces per ZIP code per day. Browse more EDDM postcard templates.
Where can I print EDDM postcards?
Any printer that offers EDDM postcards can print this design - export a print-ready PDF and upload it. Many printers will also bundle the postcards for the post office or mail them for you.
How do I edit this template?
After purchase you get instant access to the Canva template link - open it, and the 9x12 Shared Cost Co-Op EDDM Marketing Postcard Design is fully editable in your browser: swap the text, colors, photos, and logo in minutes. No design software or experience needed.
Do I need Canva Pro?
You can open the template with a free Canva account, but most of our designs use Canva Pro (premium) elements - noted on each product page - and CMYK print-ready export also requires Pro. Canva offers a free 30-day Pro trial with no credit card, so you can fully edit and export without paying upfront. See our step-by-step guide.
Can I use this for my business?
