Most of our new designs are in Canva format, fully editable in Canva’s free editor. Some older products are available in Adobe Photoshop (PSD) and Adobe Illustrator (AI/EPS) formats.
For Canva templates, yes, photos are included, but premium Canva photos may show a watermark unless you have Canva Pro. You can always replace them with your own photos. PSD and AI files do not include photos; those are for preview purposes only.

After purchasing, you’ll receive a Canva template link. Click it to open the design in Canva (free account works), then swap text, colours, photos, and logos to match your brand. No design skills needed.
After placing your order, our team will message you to collect your content (logo, photos, text, colours). We’ll customise the template and deliver the finished file, typically within 24 hours.
We’ll replace all placeholder content with yours, branding colours, logo, contact information, and text. Slight layout adjustments to fit your content are included. Major redesigns may incur an extra charge.
We ask for 24 hours, but many jobs are completed within a few hours if the designer is available. If a designer doesn’t respond within 24 hours, our in-house team takes over.
If you find any issue with a file, we’ll fix it for free. If you purchased by mistake and haven’t downloaded the file, contact us for a full refund. After downloading, we can fix file errors but cannot offer a refund. Please check product descriptions for file size and format before buying.
After payment, you’ll receive a download link via email and in your account dashboard. Canva templates include a direct link to open in Canva. Files are available for re-download anytime from your account.
