For Canva templates, yes you will find photos but if they are premium photos you will see water mark in it. You have to be a Canva premium user to use this photos. Or you just replace with your photos.

On PSD and AI file, None of the design template contains Photo. Those are for preview purpose only. With customization service we mostly provide stock photos. 

Please check with designer, most of our designer got access to licensed photo library. They can offer both free and paid stock photos for free. Extra charge may apply in certain cases.  

After placing the order, we will message you. You can also contact use through message option or email before/after you buy the template. 

Normally we ask 24 hours. But designer can do the job by next hour too is he/she is available. If designers fails to contact you in 24 hours, we graphic reserve official team do the job for you. 

With customization service we will replace all contents with the content that you will provide. We will changes branding color logo and contact information. We can do slight changes on the layout  to fit in your contents. Designer may charge extra for extra customization. 

Most of the new designs are in Canva format. Some of the old  product are designed in Adobe Photoshop PSD and Adobe Illustrator AI/EPS. 

If you find any issue with any file, we will fix that for you. Please double check product description for file size and file format before you buy. Feel free to contact us; we will resolve any error you might see. 

However, if you bought a product by mistake and didn’t download, please feel free to contact us. We will be happy to refund you. 

After downloading any file, we can only fix file errors, we don’t offer a refund.
