Description
A leave us a review card template at standard business card size – 3.5x2 inch – so it slips into a wallet, a bag or an invoice envelope.
The phrasing matters more than the design on a card this small. The front makes the ask in plain words; the back carries your QR code and a short line of instructions so nobody has to search for your listing.
Hand it over at the end of a job, tuck it into packaging, or leave a small stack on the counter. Because it prints at business card size, your usual card printer already handles it.

What to put on a leave us a review card
The wording does more work than the artwork. Ask plainly – “Leave us a review” or “Please leave a review” – then remove every obstacle to doing it. The back carries a QR code straight to your Google listing, a one-line instruction, and nothing else. A customer who has to search your business name will not finish.
When to hand it over
Timing beats design. The moment to ask is while the customer is still pleased and still standing in front of you: as you finish the job, when you hand over keys, with the invoice, or inside the packaging. A stack left on a counter collects far fewer reviews than one card handed over deliberately with a sentence.
Card, flyer or poster
This design is a card at 3.5x2 inch. If you want the same ask at a larger size, a leave us a review flyer works at the counter or on a noticeboard, and a poster suits a waiting area or a workshop wall. The message stays identical – only the distance it is read from changes.
Why asking works
Most businesses never ask at all, which is why a handful of cards can change a listing. Reviews arrive from customers who were prompted, not from customers who were merely satisfied. A printed card is the cheapest prompt there is, and it keeps working after you have left.
