Each product has a contact button for its author. You may contact them before or right after you place the order for customization. Even if don't do it, the designer itself will message you after you place the order.
Please note that the default price is for the template only. You have to buy the ‘Editing Service' addon to avail design customization service.
If the designer doesn't respond within 24 hours, you are welcome to contact us, and the Graphic Reserve admin team will do the job for you.
After you place the order you can message the designer with contents (logo, text, images, & instructions if you have any) to replace with dummy contents. You can share Dropbox or Google Drive to share large files. We do small design changes to fit your content under the editing service. The goal is mainly to content replacement and your brand color updates.
Yes, we provide commercial licensed photos with our customization service. Extra charges may apply if the photo was not used on the main template and not available in our library.
Average delivery time is 48 hours upon receiving complete contents from you.
We also offer custom graphic design and website development, maintenance, and digital marketing services. You may hire us for necessary projects.
Graphic Reserve shares marketing material templates for small businesses, so they don’t have to hire expensive creative agencies. We mostly share Canva templates, those are editable by anyone.
