Our designers are experts in all kinds of print and digital marketing materials. The designer is open to customize templates you purchased here on graphic reserve or any other marketplace.  You can keep in touch using our messaging system/Email/Skype/WhatsApp.

We will replace the designer with a different designer.

What is the refund policy?
If our designer can’t make you satisfied and you don’t receive any usable design from the designer, we will be happy to give you a full refund. We can give you a partial refund based on the asset you receive from the designer before we mutually agree on the cancellation of the contract.
