Refund Eligibility

Accidental Purchases: If a purchase was made in error and the file has not been downloaded, or if the product title/image doesn’t match your order, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

After Downloading: Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are typically not possible. However, we can assist with technical issues or provide store credit in specific cases.

License Agreement

By purchasing our templates, you are granted a GPL License. Below are the terms and conditions for using our templates:

1. Usage Rights

You may use the templates for personal projects or business purposes.
If you are an agency, each purchase allows you to serve only one client per template.

2. Restrictions

Reselling or redistributing our templates in any form is strictly prohibited.
You may not claim our templates as your own work.

3. Included Resources

Your purchase includes template layouts only.
Premium photos and elements featured in the templates are not included. These will appear with watermarks unless you have an active Canva Premium subscription or purchase the individual assets directly through Canva.

4. Canva Premium Subscription

To use the premium photos and elements shown in the templates, you will need an active Canva Premium subscription. Alternatively, you can replace them with free elements or your own assets.
