You can download 10 files a day.
If you find any issue with any file, we will fix that for you. Please double check product description for file size and file format before you buy. Feel free to contact us; we will resolve any error you might see.
However, if you bought a subscription by mistake and didn't download any of our files, please feel free to contact us. We will be happy to refund you.
After downloading any file, we can only fix file errors to the downloaded files, to prevent frumenty we don't offer a refund on the subscription plan.
You can download any of our design files in Canva, PSD or Adobe Illustrator as described on each product description. If you have Photoshop or Illustrator it will be easy for you to add the text and some pictures there or change those that are already present. Then it will be easy to send the file to the printing house or to the printer. We don't include photos on the design. Photos are for preview purpose only.
Graphic Reserve shares marketing material templates for small businesses, so they don’t have to hire expensive creative agencies. We mostly share Canva templates, those are editable by anyone.
